Having this Administration Fee separate from the Entry Fee is our clearest way to cover costs and offer the best service possible. This Admin fee covers costs separate from producing the event including: credit card and Paypal fees; IT expenditure; bank fees; administration of the registration database and team member name changes; VAT at 20%.
